The 50ml acrylic structural adhesive combines the strong metal-bonding capability and fast curing of acrylic adhesives with enhanced elasticity and elongation contributed by the incorporated polymers. With a Shore D hardness of 60, the product is suitable for direct bonding of most metals.

50ML Flexible Acrylic Bonding Structural Adhesive

Ideal for structural bonding of composite materials and carbon-fiber substrates, the 4:1 acrylic adhesive glue offers excellent fatigue resistance, impact strength, and high elongation. The sheet metal adhesive withstands e-coating bake temperatures and does not contaminate the e-coat bath.

Our acrylic adhesives have a shelf life of 9 months when stored in its original, unopened container. For best results, store at 15–25°C. If you keep it in the fridge, simply let it reach room temperature before use.

The working time (open time) is 4–6 minutes, and the fixing time (clamping time) is 15–25 minutes. Full curing takes 24 hours at room temperature.
