Cross Bonding Performance Test

The cross bonding test is designed to evaluate the bonding strength and stability of Molibon sintered stone adhesive under multi-directional stress conditions. By applying load in both longitudinal and transverse directions, this test simulates real installation scenarios where sintered slabs are exposed to external force and temperature variation.

During the test, the sintered slab bonded with epoxy seam bonding adhesive for stone bonding is placed on a professional shear strength tester. As shear force increases, the bonded joint maintains excellent integrity until shear failure occurs. The measured shear strength reaches 1985.80 N, demonstrating strong resistance to cracking, peeling, and structural separation.

This result confirms that Molibon provides reliable performance not only in standard bonding applications, but also in demanding environments where durability and long-term stability are critical.
